Most people will emerge from this pandemic either ripped and in great shape or they will have gained 20-45 lbs. and become depressed about their health. Health clubs and gyms have closed all over the country and when they did many people did not know what to do. Home workouts were not nearly as popular back then, but over the last couple of years they have become the only way for anyone to safely keep physically fit. So you will need to take a look at your apartment or a room in your home and convert it to your own personal workout space.  If you have become

I had the advantage of having a girlfriend who was doing

home workouts before the pandemic and before they were

so popular. That's how I learned about Les Mills On Demand

workout program. Now a simple internet  search for

"Home workout" will yield hundreds of results, many of which are fly-by-night poorly engineered programs with the objective of separating you from your hard earned money!  Les Mills is in my opinion THE BEST home workout programs available. They've been around much longer than most other programs and the workouts are simply amazing. Their most popular App is call "Body Pump"  and it is a high-level, high energy, grueling yet very satisfying workout once you get in shape enough to keep up with the instructors.
