Making Detox Water at home is very easy. Ingredients include: Hot or cold water, of course, fruit, and herbs. For fruits like lemon or lime you can either slice it or squeeze it into the water. If you decide to go with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, or even pineapple, just drop them whole into a 16 ounce glass. You can mix the fruits together if that is your preference.
For the Herbs, you can use cayenne pepper, mint, ginger, rosemary, basil or cinnamon. if you prefer your detox water chilled, put it in the fridge for up to 12 hours to let the fruit really saturate into the water. You'll want to remove the fruit from the water after that so they don't start to decompose. For even more flavor you crush the fruit before you put it in the fridge. If you are in a hurry grab some sparkling water like Perrier, or La Croix Plain and crush your fruit and herbs of choice into it for fast energy boost with some twang!
